Our Story

A Legacy Spanning Generations

Red Exim was founded at the beginning of 2018 by Mr. Ali Ebrahim, who carries a deep heritage in the rice trade. His father, Mr. Ebrahim Anwar, first established a rice company in Aden, Yemen back in 1998. Building on that foundation, Red Exim has grown into one of the top exporters of premium Basmati rice worldwide, headquartered in New Delhi — close to Haryana and Punjab, the heartland of basmati cultivation.

In a short period, the family has built operations across India, Iraq and Yemen, supplying over 10,000 tons of basmati rice annually. Much of our rice supplies the traditional Mandi cuisine of the Middle East, with sister concern firms established across the region.
